This fast-growing native of Coahuilla, Mexico has a low, sprawling form, with narrow light green leaves. It blooms in late spring with spikes of large, light blueflowers that attract hummingbirds. Plant in full sun to part shade and provide moderate irrigation. It can reseed in the landscape.
