Lake Havasu City hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 9.15% for FAA funded contracts/agreements. Lake Havasu City estimates that in meeting the established overall goal of 9.15%, it will obtain 9.15% from RN participation and 0% through RC measures. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2025 through 2027. An in person meeting at the Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport Terminal, 5600 N. Highway 95, Lake Havasu City, AZ, 86404, including a web conference option, will be held on October 23, 2024, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm MST, for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting process. The proposed goal and its attendant methodology are available for inspection between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport Terminal for 30 days from the date of this publication.
