In an ongoing effort to maintain the highest-quality airport infrastructure, the Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport is closing the runway nightly from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m., starting May 16^th thru May 19^th, May 23^rd thru May 26^th and May 31^st thru June 3^rd, 2022, to complete an erosion control project.

This project consists of excavation of existing material shown in the shaded blue areas above along the edges of Runway 14/32 and Taxiway A, and placing crushed aggregate rock to prevent the soil form eroding during storm events and to keep the runway and taxiway free from foreign object debris.
