At approximately 2:20 a.m. on Monday, January 1, 2024, a fire was reported by a Mohave County Sheriff MCSO in the 100 block of Paseo Del Sol Ave. MCSO and LHCPD reported the commercial occupancy to be fully involved upon arrival.  The first arriving fire company reported heavy smoke and fire coming from the front of the business.  Five Engine Companies, one Truck Company, and a Battalion Chief responded to the fire and gained control of the fire in 37 minutes. 

The were no occupants in any of the buildings.  There were no reported injuries to the firefighters. LHCFD CERT responded with (8) members to the fire to assist with Rehab duties for the firefighters. Desert Hills Fire Department moved up to Lake Havasu City to assist with other 911 calls during the incident. Crews remained on the scene for an additional 2.5 hours conducting salvage and overhaul operations. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
