On Sunday, June 3, at approximately 6:57 p.m., the Lake Havasu City Police Department responded to the scene of a single vehicle rollover crash in the 1800 block of McCulloch Boulevard North. The Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Accident Investigation Unit responded to investigate the crash.
A 2016 Polaris 1000 Razor was traveling east on McCulloch Boulevard North when the vehicle went left of center and off the north side of the roadway near Wheeler Park. The vehicle continued east through the landscaping before re-entering the roadway in the east bound lanes of McCulloch Boulevard North. The Razor went into an uncontrolled sideways slide, striking the south curb and rolling over, ejecting both occupants. The driver and passenger were not wearing seatbelts.
The driver of the Polaris Razor, 34-year-old Lake Havasu City resident Bradley Lydic suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash. The passenger of the vehicle, 33-year-old spouse of the driver Stephani Lydic, was transported to the hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
