Over the past several weeks, Detectives with the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit, which is part of the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET), have been conducting an investigation of a subject selling Fentanyl pills throughout the Lake Havasu City Area.
On February 10, 2022, at approximately 5:20 p.m., with assistance from the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit, Detectives made contact with the suspect, identified as 44-year old Lake Havasu City resident Ryan Hoggard, and he was taken into custody without incident. At the time of arrest, Hoggard was found to be in possession of a stolen firearm, .25 ounces of methamphetamine, and numerous items of drug paraphernalia.
Ryan Hoggard was arrested for three (3) counts of Sales of Narcotic Drugs, three (3) counts of Weapons Misconduct, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hoggard is being held on a $30,000.00 cash-only bond and was transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
