Havasu Youth Advisory Council was at the League of Arizona Cities and Towns youth conference on August 24th sharing Frontier America's Best Communities competition and Vision 20/20 Revitalization Plan with other youth councils across the state. The council has been actively working on an initiative to improve quality teacher retention.
