During the holiday weekend, the Lake Havasu City Police Department responded to 686 calls for service Between July 2 and July 5, 2021, which is an approximate 20% increase of calls for service from the previous year.
During those dates, 73 arrests were made, 47 of which were taken into custody, and 26 received criminal citations or juvenile referrals. Of the 73 arrests made, ten were for disorderly conduct, ten warrant arrests, nine domestic violence incidents, nine driving under the influence offenses, eight felony crimes, eight assaults, seven fireworks offenses, and four drug- related offenses.
