Over the past several months, Detectives with the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit, which is part of the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET), have been conducting an investigation of subjects selling
methamphetamine and counterfeit pills throughout the Lake Havasu City Area.
On November 8, 2021, at approximately 6:04 a.m., with assistance from the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit and the SWAT Team, Detectives served a search warrant at a residence in the 3100 block of Sirocco Drive. As a result
of the search warrant, three subjects were arrested after 100 Fentanyl pills, 10.3 grams of cocaine, 9.5 grams of heroin, 4.5 grams of methamphetamine, 1 sheet of Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD) Tabs, 5 Methylenedioxy-methamphetamine (MDMA) Tablets,
3 firearms, a variety of prescription pills, and a large amount of drug paraphernalia were located.
Ryan E. Scott, a 31-year old Lake Havasu City resident, was arrested for four counts of Possession of Narcotic Drugs for Sale, three counts of Sales of Narcotic Drugs, three counts of Possession of Dangerous Drugs for Sale, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
and Weapons Misconduct. Scott is being held on a $100,000.00 cash-only bond.
Ashley N. Gilbreath, a 30-year old Lake Havasu City resident, was arrested for four counts of Possession of Narcotic Drugs for Sale, three counts of Possession of Dangerous Drugs for Sale, two counts of Sales of Narcotic Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
and Weapons Misconduct. Gilbreath is being held on a $100,000.00 cash-only bond.
Carolyn E.K. Bolduc, a 34-year old Lake Havasu City resident, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and released on her own recognizance.
Ryan Scott and Ashley Gilbreath were transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
