Lake Havasu City is now making the community survey available to all residents, through our community survey provider Polco online. Feedback provided through these surveys will help the City identify what we are doing well and where we need to improve, In order to meet the needs of our citizens.

Participating in the online survey is easy, Citizens can visit the link below. It will take about 15 minutes to complete. Polco will help efficiently manage responses from you and your neighbors across the City.

Once you have answered the questions, you will be asked to provide your email and zip code. This lets us be sure we are hearing from each person only once. Your response will remain confidential - no individual responses or data will be shared with the City. All responses are reported in group form only.
