Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-511.01, notice is given that the Lake Havasu City Council will consider and possibly adopt increased rates or rate components, fees and charges for water and wastewater services. The proposal includes additional annual increases for both water and wastewater rates or rate components, fees and charges beginning each year following the initial increases.

The City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed increased rates or rate components, fees and charges at its regular meeting on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, beginning at 5:30 p.m., at the City Council Chambers/Police Department Facility, 2360 McCulloch Boulevard North, Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

A written report and data supporting the increased rates or rate components, fees, and charges is filed in the Office of the City Clerk and available for public review during normal business hours at City Hall, 2330 McCulloch Boulevard North, Lake Havasu City, Arizona. A copy of the written report will be available on the City website.
