Over the past several months, the Lake Havasu City Police Department Special Investigations Unit has been conducting an investigation into several subjects selling large amounts of marijuana products throughout Lake Havasu City.
On February 10, 2017, at approximately 12:31 P.M. the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s SWAT team, Special Investigations Unit and Street Crimes Unit served a search warrant in the 3500 block of Hollister Drive. Seized during the search warrant was approximately six pounds of marijuana, several pounds of marijuana concentrate, marijuana wax production equipment, multiple items of drug paraphernalia, $6,000 in U.S. currency, a Yamaha scooter and a 2015 Ford Fiesta.
Arrested as a result of the search warrant were 27-year old Zachary Spencer, 19-year old Travis Robbins, 25-year old Hannah Spittler, 18-year old Cheyenne McMorran and 20-year old Keegan Perez, all Lake Havasu City residents.
Zachary Spencer was charged with manufacturing narcotic drugs, possession of narcotic drugs for sale, possession of marijuana for sale, sale of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, all felonies. During his initial appearance, Zachary Spencer was held on a $50,000 bond and was transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
Travis Robbins was charged with manufacturing narcotic drugs, possession of narcotic drugs for sale, possession of marijuana for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia, all felonies. During his initial appearance, Travis Robbins was held on a $50,000 bond and was transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
Hannah Spittler was charged with manufacturing narcotic drugs, possession of narcotic drugs for sale, possession of marijuana for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia, all felonies. During her initial appearance, Hannah Spittler was held on a $50,000 bond and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
Cheyenne McMorran was charged with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, all felonies. During her initial appearance, Cheyenne McMorran was held on a $5,000 bond.
Keegan Perez was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. During his initial appearance, Keegan Perez pled guilty and was fined $1500.
