Six Arrested During Search Warrant

On Friday, January 29, 2016, at approximately 2:31 a.m., officers from the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit along with detectives from the Special Investigations Bureau, which is part of the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET) with the assistance of the SWAT Team, served a drug-related search warrant at a residence in the 3200 Block of Palm Grove Drive. The search warrant was a result of an on-going drug investigation. 

Officers located and seized approximately 38 grams of methamphetamine, 25 grams of heroin, 64 grams of marijuana, $1,100 in currency, an altered shotgun, and numerous items of drug paraphernalia.

Arrested during the search warrant were 22-year-old Anthony Rinaldi, 18-year-old Heavenn Perez, 22-year-old Marcus Fortune, 23-year-old Brandie Maschke, 31-year-old Samuel Watchmaker, and 43-year-old Evyonne Fortune. All arrestees are residents of Lake Havasu City. 

Anthony Rinaldi was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Heavenn Perez was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of narcotic drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Marcus Fortune was arrested for possession of narcotic drugs for sale, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to comply warrant, and weapons misconduct. Brandie Maschke was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs and child abuse. Samuel Watchmaker was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to comply warrant, and child abuse. Evyonne Fortune was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All arrestees were held with no bond pending their initial appearances.
