Lake Havasu City Parks and Recreation Department has extended the deadline for Summer Volunteer Applicants to April 22. Interviews will be held on April 25. Interested teens must be 14 years old by April 11 in order to participate in program. The Summer Teen Volunteer program provides teens the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of recreation. The program is designed to improve communication and teamwork skills while teaching young adults to work with the Summer Camp participants.
