On August 10, 2024, at approximately 1:49 a.m., Lake Havasu City Police Officers were dispatched to a residence in the area of the 1900 block of Spirit Lane in reference to a possible shooting that just occurred. Throughout the investigation, it was determined that a subject was removed from a house party at the location and later returned, firing several rounds into the residence. There were no injuries reported by anyone on scene.

The suspect in this case has been identified as Seth Duda, a 21-year-old Lake Havasu City resident.  Seth was charged with aggravated assault (drive by shooting), disorderly conduct with a weapon, endangerment, and criminal damage.  After his initial appearance, Seth was held on a $150,000 cash only bond and transferred into the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Adult Detention Facility.

There is no threat to the community as a result of this incident.
