Over the past several weeks, detectives from the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit, which is part of the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET) have been conducting an investigation into subjects selling methamphetamine from a residence in the 3400 block of Winston Drive.
On April 24, at approximately 7:30 p.m., the Lake Havasu City Police Department SWAT team served a search warrant at the residence. During the service of the search warrant, detectives located approximately 11 grams of methamphetamine along with numerous items of drug paraphernalia.
As a result of the investigation, 36-year-old Jessica L. Fisher and 59-year-old Lorrie L. Billings, both Lake Havasu City residents, were arrested and charged with possession of dangerous drugs for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia. Christopher B. Andrade, a 36-year-old Lake Havasu City resident was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jessica Fisher was additionally charged with an outstanding misdemeanor warrant and child abuse after her 10-year-old daughter was found at the location with access to items of drug paraphernalia that were located in the residence.
During her initial appearance, Jessica L. Fisher was held on a $9000 bond and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
During her initial appearance, Lorrie L. Billings was held on a $5000 cash only bond and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
During his initial appearance, Christopher B. Andrade was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date.
