Over the past several months, Detectives with the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit, which is part of the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET), have been conducting an investigation on several subjects
selling heroin, methamphetamine and counterfeit pills in the 2300 block of McCulloch Boulevard North in Lake Havasu City.
On March 9, 2021, at approximately 6:30 a.m., with assistance from the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Unit and the SWAT Team, Detectives served a search warrant at the residence on McCulloch Boulevard North. As a result
of the search warrant, three subjects were arrested after a usable amount of methamphetamine and numerous items of drug paraphernalia were located.
Zai Alirez, a 24-year old Lake Havasu City resident, was arrested for Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and is being held on a $1500 bond.
Ernest Edwards, a 25-year old Lake Havasu City resident, was arrested for Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and is being held on a $1500 bond.
Julia Davison, a 41-year old Lake Havasu City resident, was arrested for Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and is being held on a $1500 bond.
All three subjects remain in custody at the Lake Havasu City Police Department Detention Facility. Public Information Officer: Detective Chris Angus
