In accordance with City Code Chapter 3.20, the trash rates are to be adjusted every January 1 based upon the changes in the cost of living index for the preceding period of October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015.  The C.P.I for this period did not change, therefore the trash rates will be remain $16.21 per residential customer. Republic Services will notify commercial customers of the new commercial rates.
