This Saturday, May 20, 2017, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. the Lake Havasu City Police Department Community Services Unit will be assisting the Arizona Game & Fish Department with promoting boating safety awareness and a life jacket exchange program at the London Bridge Beach stage, 1340 McCulloch Boulevard North.

This event will provide an opportunity for members of the boating community to exchange their unserviceable life jackets for a quality life jacket at no charge.  The trade-in program includes those life jackets that are unsafe, torn-up, or outgrown and are replaced with a new life jacket. Lake Havasu City Police Department boating officers will also be conducting courtesy vessel safety checks for the public.

The condition of your life jacket is not a factor; however, the traditional orange life jackets will not be exchanged.
