The Lake Havasu City Police Department is conducting enhanced traffic enforcement during the Winter Blast Pyrotechnics event from Wednesday, February 13 through Sunday, February 17. Funding for this effort is provided by a grant awarded by the Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety.

Lake Havasu City’s 2019 property tax values provided by the Mohave County Assessor’s Office are attached for public inspection per A.R.S 42-17055.

Lake Havasu City, City Manager, Jess Knudson recently received the Credentialed Manager designation from ICMA, the International City/County Management Association. Knudson is just one of 1300 local government management professionals and just one of 25 active local government professionals in Arizona currently credentialed through the ICMA Voluntary Credentialing Program.

Additional closures to Lake Havasu Avenue are required this week to facilitate improvements to City streets and intersections.

To facilitate improvements to City streets and intersections, the City is closing streets for periods of time at the intersections of Mesquite Avenue and Lake Havasu Avenue, and Swanson Avenue and Lake Havasu Avenue.

The Board of Adjustment Meetings scheduled for February 13, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. and February 27, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. are canceled.

The Planning & Zoning Commission Regular Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at the Lake Havasu City Police Facility Meeting Room, 2360 McCulloch Boulevard North, has been canceled.
